Eric Alpuche, a local Realtor with Home Smart, lives and works in the Coachella Valley. I'm married to a beautiful woman named Sara, and we have a little girl named Valentina, as well as our furry friend Beau, the pug.

As a native Californian, I grew up in Southern California and was born in the San Fernando Valley. I am a graduate of Palo Verde High School in the small town called Blythe, situated alongside the Colorado River.

Currently living in La Quinta “The Gem of the Desert” Architectural charm of Old Town La Quinta and its casual elegance, the surrounding vistas of the legendary Santa Rosa mountains are truly awe-inspiring. Easy access to hiking trails like Bear Creek trail and Cove to Lake Cahuilla trail will make you want to call La Quinta home.

Over the years, I have had the honor of getting involved with sports. Helping the kids' club, Bombers, and the men's rugby team, Beaumont Blue Hawks, in my local area. It is gratifying and a gift to support the children and young people in our neighborhood through this non-profit organization.
